Vyn SmartVideoNotes®1.5.88 - App Store

Organisations navigating distributed assets are plagued by a lack of visibility. Back-office teams rely on static, tick-box forms that don’t capture the real-world context of work. The clash of unstructured human data & structured IT systems means we have a constant gap between what we are reporting & what’s happening in the field. This leads to frustrated customers, delayed quotes, high rates of non-compliance, wasted truck rolls, and costly blind spots that risk safety and compliance.

Trusted by 90% of top UK utilities, as well as telecoms and retail clients, Vyn closes the gap between the field and the control room. It is a mobile-first Agentic Video Intelligence Work Platform that enables customers, contractors, or engineers to capture short, guided video updates. Vyn AI(TM) automatically reviews and audits every submission - providing a first level of triage to verify quality and safety in real-time. Full contextual visibility also enables junior colleagues to be upskilled, with a searchable knowledge base and insights from remote experts.

Vyn CX (Customer Experience): Empowers customers to ‘show and tell’ via a browser (no app needed). Users submit guided video workflows for tasks like smart meter pre-installation surveys or troubleshooting leaks. The AI categorises the job, accelerating quotes and resolution.

Vyn FX (Field Experience): Digitises assurance for the asset lifecycle. Field teams use guided workflows for construction Inspection Test Plans (ITP), safety compliance checks, and asset handovers. The Agentic AI audits work against regulations, enabling remote oversight and non-compliance alerts.
